摘要
目的 分析IL 8mRNA在正常健康人表皮及银屑病患者皮损中的表达。方法 用原位杂交 (ISH)的方法对IL 8mRNA在正常人表皮及寻常性银屑病不同时期、不同部位表皮内的表达进行对照研究。结果 IL 8mRNA在大多数银屑病皮损标本的表皮层内有特异性杂交信号 ,而在非皮损区、正常皮肤及临床治愈的银屑病皮肤表皮层无特异性杂交信号。结论 纠正IL 8在银屑病表皮角质形成细胞中的表达紊乱 ,可能为该病的防治提供新的、有效的方案。
Objective Our study is to analyze the expression of interleukin 8 mRNA in normal skin and psoriastic lesion.Methods The expression of IL 8 mRNA in the epidermis of various regions and different phases of psoriasis was comparatively studied with the normal skin biopsy by in situ hybridization.Results Specific hybridization signal of IL 8 mRNA could be found in most of the biopsies from psoriatic lesion,but it was negative in uninvolved skin,normal skin,and clinically cured epidermis.It had a significant difference of abnormal expression of IL 8 mRNA in the epidermis of the psoriatic lesions when compared with that of the normal skin.Conclusion If we could reverse the disordered expression of IL 8 mRNA in psoriasis,we may provide a new,effective therapy for the prevention and treatment of the diseaes.
