血清及血清纸片对梅毒血清学实验敏感度的相关性研究

Investigation on the Relationship of Sensitivity between Serum and Serum paper TPHA Test for Syphilis

目的 探讨血清纸片和血清对TPHA检测的敏感性和相关性。方法 用 5 0例确诊梅毒血清及血清纸片在不同时间检测TPHA的结果 ,以血清检测结果为标准 ,比较血清纸片的敏感性和相关性。结果 血清纸片在 1周、4周后的检测结果与原血清相比较 ,两组结果呈高度正相关 (P1、P2 均<0 .0 1 ) ,无显著性差异。结论 用血清纸片作为血清运送和保存的载体 ,对血清TPHA检测结果无显著性影响。

Objective To investigate the relationship of sensitivity between the serum and serum paper TPHA test.Methods 50 syphilis serum and serum paper samples were used for TPHA test.Results of the two groups were analysed and compared.Results After 1 week,4 weeks,the result of sertum paper TPHA test showed positive correlation with that of serum test,and was high sensitive(P 1&P 2<0.01),no significant diference was found between two groups.Conclusion serum paper can be used for TPHA test,it is easier for keeping and transportation of serum,the test results showed no statistical difference when compared with that of serum test.
