DJ-1与肿瘤的关系 被引量:4

摘要 现已明确,恶性肿瘤是一种基因病,各种原癌基因的激活、异常扩增及抑癌基因的失活最终导致恶性肿瘤的发生和发展.DJ-1基因是日本学者NAGAKUBO等[1]于1997年发现的一种新的丝裂原依赖性癌基因,其编码的DJ-1蛋白能够协同Ras蛋白引起小鼠NIH-3T3细胞的转化.
