摘要
运用VOF模型对爬坡圆管油水两相三维流场进行了数值模拟,对油水分层波浪流产生的水滴的运移规律进行了研究。模拟研究表明,油水界面波是水滴产生的直接原因。对界面波动的相关参数与产生水滴的频率和体积的关系进行了研究,同时对所产生的水滴的几何参数(几何形状、长度、截面积等)、产生时间、间隔时间和出口流速也进行了讨论。
This paper simulates the oil and water three-dimensional flow fields in horizontal-upward pipeline using VOF model and studies the migration rules of droplets caused by oil-water stratified laminar wave flow. Simulation study indicates that the oil-water interracial wave is the direct reason of water droplets. Then it discusses the relation between the parameters of interracial wave and droplet (such as frequency and volume) , as well as the droplets' geometrical parameter (geometry shape, length and cross-sectional area) , emergence time, interval time and outlet velocity.
