超高温流变仪系统的研发

摘要 气流床气化炉通常采用液态排渣形式,由灰渣流动温度来确定气化炉反应温度。目前通过高温流变仪对高温灰渣的粘度特性进行测量,该仪器主要依靠进口,技术复杂且价格昂贵。东方电气集团中央研究院新能源与发电技术研究所通过自主研发,开发一种技术参数可以与国外技术相比、成本低廉的高温流变测量系统,填补了国内该技术的空白。该技术包括变特性测量系统、加热系统、气氛系统和控制系统等,可实现在还原性气氛下对高温灰渣(1650℃)的粘度特性进行测量。 The slag in the entrained-flow gasifier is exhausted out of reactor in liquid phase. The reaction temperature of the gasifier is determined by the flow temperature of slag. Currently, high temperature rheometers, which are mainly designed and manufactured in North America and Europe, are used to characterize the flow properties and rheology of the slag. To lower the cost and enhance the monitoring functionalities of the gasifier, an innovative ultra-high temperature rheometer system is developed at the Central Research Academy of DEC. The apparatus shows similar functions comparing to the ones manufactured in North America and Europe, which price is only one third of the equipments manufactured aboard. By measuring rheological behavior, heating, atmosphere and control subsystems, the viscosity-temperature characteristics of slag can be accurately measured at 1650℃ under reducing atmosphere condition.
