摘要
东方锅炉对某电厂加拿大B&W公司设计制造的2号锅炉进行了以降低氮氧化物排放为目标的改造。通过更换新型低氮燃烧器和增加燃尽风喷口,使氮氧化物的排放值明显下降。通过对受热面调整,解决了改造引起的过热器减温水流量增大的问题。经过燃烧调整,锅炉热效率比燃烧器改造前基准试验值略有提高,过热器减温水流量也得到了控制。
In order to decrease NOx emission, the burner ( wall type) designed by Canada B&W Inc. used in Beilun Power Generation Co. Ltd. No. 2 is retrofitted by Dongfang Boiler. Through replacing and utilizing new type OPCC burner with over-fired air (OFA), the NOx emission has been reduced greatly. By adjusting heat surface arrangement, the problem of desuperheater spray flow increasing is solved. After combustion regulation, the boiler efficiency is improved accordingly.
