道德如何获得对自身的确定性这一问题对于黑格尔构建精神的自我回归与发展的理论旨趣来说具有至关重要的作用,对自身具有确定性的道德是精神在发展的历程中自我完善和完成的基石和驻脚点。道德的纯粹自我意识在遭遇道德世界观的矛盾时,意识到许许多多特定的义务的伪善性,道德必须返回自己本身面对自己的良心;良心是在自己本身内自我的绝对自由,但良心在行动中体现这种自由时,竟会受到普遍意识的诘难,良心惟有真实地应对之,才能完成道德对自身的确定性,并促成精神统一体的构建。

How the moral achieves its own certainty is very important for Hegel to compose his theory of self-recovery and self-development of the spirit.The moral which has the certainty of itself is the footstone of self-improvement and self-completion of the spirit.When faced with the contradiction in the moral world view,the pure self-consciousness of the moral recognizes the hypocrisy of so many given mortgages.The moral must go back to itself to face its own conscience.Conscience is absolute freedom of itself,but it will be doubted by universal consciousness when displaying this freedom in activity.Only by facing the doubt from universal consciousness factually can conscience achieve the certainty of the moral of itself and the construction of the unity of the spirit.
