摘要
"学为人师,身正为范",师德作为教师职业的道德准则,是衡量教师队伍素质高低的重要指标,直接影响着学校的教学质量和育人水平。随着时代的发展,"80后"教师正在成为高校教学工作的重要生力军,在新课程实验改革过程中,"80后"也正显示着独特的价值和魅力。但在师德问题上,也表现出这个群体的弱点和缺陷。文章针对高校"80后"思政课教师师德存在的不足,探讨了加强"80后"思政课教师的师德建设的策略,以提高高校思政课的实效性。
"Setting a model for students",becomes the teachers' professional ethics and an important index for measuring teachers' quality because it will directly affect the teaching quality and the education level.With the development of the society,The" after 80s " teachers are becoming an important force in university teaching and also showing the unique value and charm in the new curriculum reform.The"after 80s",however,also shows some weaknesses in the perspective of teachers' morality.The paper discusses the strategies on strengthening the "after 80s" ideological teachers' morality to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course.
