高校学生社团在素质教育中的地位和作用日益突出,充分发挥社团的育人功能和促进社团创新是高校学生社团研究所要面临的一项重要课题。从高校学生社团的功能、特征及其发展中存在的问题入手,通过分析服务性学习与社团创新发展的关系,探究服务性学习与高校社团建设的契合点,从而发现服务性学习是促进学生社团创新发展的有效途径。强化社团活动的反思性,推动社团思想政治教育模式的创新;增强社团成员的合作性,推动社团组织形式的创新;丰富社团活动类型,促进社团活动形式的创新;积极与社会相结合,实现社团发展空间的创新。

The position and role of college student association＇s in quality education are increasingly prominent,the important issue to be faced by the research of college student association is to give full play it＇s function of educating people and promoting the innovation.From the function,characteristics and problems in the proceed of development of the college students association,the article found that the service learning is an effective way to promote the student organizations innovation and development through analysing the relationship between the service learning and the association innovation and development,exploring the meeting point of the service learning and the construction of the university association.To strengthen the reflection of association activities and promote the innovation of the association ideological and political education model;to enhance the cooperation of the members of the association and promote innovation of the association organizations form;to enrich the types of association activities to promote the innovation of association activities form;to actively combine with the society to achieve the innovation of the association developing space.
