摘要 运用扎根理论研究方法,以"翻译能力要素"为主题对受访者进行开放性访谈、半结构性访谈、焦点团体访谈,逐级归纳总结,构建了由内驱力、语言能力、认知能力和操作能力等4种一级能力要素、11种二级能力要素构成的金字塔模型,进一步提出了在实践教学中学生的内驱力、语言能力、认知能力和操作能力的培养途径。 Using the research method of Grounded Theory,taking an open interview to the respondents,the semi-structured interviews,focus group interviews under the theme of the "translation capacity factor",the article summarized step by step,constructed the pyramid model composed by the first-level capacity factors of the initial driving force,language skills,recognition capacity and operational capability,and the 11 second-level capacity factors,and further proposed a initial driving force,language skills,cognitive ability and operational way in the students practice teaching.
