战役任务规划的有效测度及设计

摘要 较为全面地设计了评价战役任务规划结果的有效测度,可用于战役任务规划结果的性能度量,并可以为规划方法的设计提供指导。简要描述了战役任务规划的基本概念,分析了任务规划结果;设计了任务的平台资源和指挥资源规划调度结果的性能测度,包括时间测度、决策者工作负载测度、任务完成精度测度和平台利用测度,共4类11个测度;通过案例给出了任务规划结果的性能测度计算结果,比较了不同性能测度间的关系,并对不同任务规划方法的性能测度进行了比较,得出了一些有意义的结论。 An effective measurement system was designed for evaluating the mission planning result of campaign ,which can also be used as the guidance for design of planning methods. The basic concepts of campaign mission planning were described, and the planning results were analyzed. The performance measures for scheduling results of platform and command resources were designed, including the measuring of time, decision maker workload, task completion accuracy, and platform usage. The performance measurement computation results of mission planning were presented through an exampl between different measures was analyzed, the performance measures of different mission results were compared with each other, and some significant conclusions were obtained. e.
