摘要
Cyanovirin-N(CV-N)是一种天然蛋白,由蓝细菌合成分泌,低浓度(0.1~36.8 nmol.L-1)能有效抑制HIV感染免疫细胞,高浓度(45~400 nmol.L-1)对正常细胞无直接的毒副作用。CV-N是作用于吸附过程的HIV抑制剂并且作为局部用(阴道、直肠等)抗HIV药物正处于临床前开发阶段。本文对Cyanorivin-N的理化性质、结构和抗病毒作用机制等进行了概述。
Cyanovirin-N (CV-N) is a protein derived from the cyanobacterium nostoc ellipsosporu. CV-N can effectively inhibit HIV infection of immune cells at low concentrations (0.1 -36.8 nmol·L^-1) , and has no direct side-effects on normal cells at high concentrations (45 - 400 nmol·L^-1 ). CV-N is active in the adsorption process of HIV inhibitors, and as a local ( such as vaginal and'rectal tracts) anti-HlV drug has been in preclinical development. The structure, physical-chemical property and the antiviral mechanism of CV-N were summarized. The compound is an inhibitor of HIV, but also found to inhibit other enveloped viruses.
