Cooperation with Enterprises to Improve Students′ Ability of Engineering Practice

电子信息类专业对工程实践能力有较高的要求,在电子信息类专业教学改革中,工程实践能力训练成为教学改革的重要内容。通过与企业合作,建立产学研基地,联合企业培养学生,才能有效地提高学生的工程实践能力。本文阐述了产学研合作机制的意义,介绍了在实施产学研合作的人才培养方案中,与企业合作,加强学生工程实践能力训练的一些做法,并对深度模式产学研合作的开展做了探讨。

Electronic information profession have high requirements for the ability of engineering practice , and during the reforms of teaching in the Electronic information profession, the training for the ability of engineering practice has become an important part of teaching reform. Cooperation with enterprises, set up the bases which is the combination of learning ,production and research , jointing ventures students in order to effectively impmove the ability of students to engineering practice . This paper describes the significance of research cooperation mechanism, introduced the personnel training programs in the implementation of research and product cooperation , cooperation with enterprises, some of the specific practices of training to strengthen the ability of students to engineering practice, and discuss the launching of the depth mode of research and product cooperation.
