摘要
概述了一种最有可能代替铍青铜的Cu-Ni-Si系合金的研究进展,从合金的设计原理、微量元素和强化机制等因素,分析了对该类合金的显微组织和性能的影响。Cu-Ni-Si系合金其强化方式为沉淀析出强化,其主要的强化相为Ni_2Si。探讨分析了Cu-Ni-Si中微量元素间的相互作用——双相或多相析出强化,是今后研究Cu-Ni-Si高强高导系列合金的方向之一。
Cu-Ni-Si alloys are the most possible succedaneums of Be-copper. The research development was surveyed in this paper. The Cu-Ni-Si alloys' microstructure and properties were analyzed based on the alloy design principles, the micro elements and the reinforced mechanism. Precipitate strengthen is the main reinforced way of Cu-Ni-Si alloy, and Ni2Si is the main strengthening phase. The mutual effects of various elements were discussed. The mechanism of two phases or multi phases precipitate strengthen will be one of the research directions of Cu-Ni-Si alloys with high strength and conductivity in the future.
