缺氧诱导因子-1α及血管内皮生长因子在前列腺增生和癌变组织中的表达及对判断预后的意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothekial-growth factor,VEGF)在前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)和前列腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测40例BPH及40例前列腺癌中HIF-1α、VEGF表达情况。结果:HIF-1α在正常组织中不表达,在BPH中表达率为60%,在前列腺癌中的表达率为75%,且与前列腺癌的分期有关(P<0.01)。VEGF在正常组织中不表达,在BPH中表达率为20%,在前列腺癌中的表达率为80%,且与前列腺癌的分期有关(P<0.01)。前列腺癌组织中HIF-1α与VEGF表达呈正相关(r=0.654,P<0.01)。结论:HIF-1α、VEGF的异常表达在BPH和癌变的发病中起重要的作用,可以作为判断前列腺癌临床分期和预后的重要指标。 Objective:To evaluate the hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and prostatic carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect HIF-1α and VEGF in 40 cases with BPH and 40 cases with prostatic carcinoma.Resutls:The expression rate of HIF-1α were mainly located in the cell nucleus of BPH and prostatic carcinomas.The expression rate of VEGF were mainly located in the cytoplasm of BPH and prostatic carcinoma.In the prostatic carcinoma,the coexpression of HIF-1α and VEGF correlated significantly with the grade of the tumor(P0.01),they had a close correlation(r=0.654),while the rate of HIF-1α was 75% and the rate of VEGF was 80% in prostatic carcinomas respectively.Conclusions:The overexpression of HIF-1α and VEGF may play important roles in the pathogenesis of BPH and prostatic carcinoma.They might serve as indicator to the clinical stage and prognosis of prostatic carcinoma.
