40例标本甲状旁腺的解剖特点

Feature of 40 Parathyroid Anatomy

目的:通过对甲状旁腺的解剖研究找出甲状旁腺的形态学特点。方法:对40例尸体的颈部进行解剖,对甲状腺周围组织结构和甲状旁腺的数目、分布及与周围结构的关系进行描述。结果:甲状旁腺平均(3.41±0.59)个/例,主要集中在甲状腺后内侧(即上甲状旁腺主要集中在甲状软骨下角区域,下甲状旁腺主要分布于甲状腺下极)。上甲状旁腺多位于喉返神经外侧(62.3%),而下甲状旁腺多位于喉返神经内侧(68.1%)。结论:通过对甲状腺解剖结构和特点的探讨,进一步了解甲状腺的特点,为其临床工作提供思路。

Objective：To investigate the number and location of parathyroid glands in relation to thyroid gland.Methods：A total of 40 cadavers were sectioned.The number and distribution of parathyroid glands and their relations with adjacent structures were observed.Results：Mean number of parathy roid glands in one individual was（3.41±0.59）,mainly located at the retro-medialis of thyroid.Superior parathyroid glands were mainly located in the area of cornu inferior thyroidal carti lage,the inferior parathyroid glands were located in radix nasi of thyroid glands.Most superi or parathyroid glands were located beside the lateral of recurrent laryngeal nerve（62.3%）and the inferior para-thyroid gland mainly located next to recurrent laryngeal nerve（68.1%）.Conclusion：Through study of the parathyroid anatomy and characteristics,helping doctors learn more about the characteristics of the parathyroid and provide ideas for work.
