沈阳市医学院校教师职业紧张及生命质量状况调查

摘要 目的:分析影响沈阳市医学院校教师生命质量现况和紧张反应状况因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,应用职业紧张量表(occupational stress inventory-revised,OSI-R)和SF-36健康量表,评价沈阳市两所医学院校的教师个体紧张反应程度和生命质量水平。结果:35岁以下教师个体紧张程度较高年龄组强烈(P<0.05);女教师个体紧张程度较男性强烈(P<0.05);教师的职称和学历越高,个体紧张反应越强(P<0.05);个体紧张反应与教师的生命质量显著相关(P<0.01),紧张反应越强,生命质量越差,尤其对心理健康的影响更大。结论:个体紧张与医学校教师的生命质量密切相关,提高年轻教师的业务水平,降低教师的紧张程度,将有助于改善教师的生命质量。 Objective:To investigate the status of occupation tension and quality of life of teachers in medical colleges in Shenyang.Method:A total of 293 teachers from different medical colleges in Shenyang had selected by group.They were asked to fill out occupational stress inventory-revised(OSI-R)and 36 short form health survey(SF-36).Results: The scores of personal strain questionnaire(PSQ)of the stuffs under 35,female teachers were significant higher than that of the old and male(P0.05).Higher education degree the teacher had,higher scores of PSQ he got.And there was significantly correlation between PSQ and Quality of life(P0.01).Conclusion: Occupational stress is closely related with the quality of life.To improve the professional level of young teachers and to decrease the personal strain are helpful to improve the quality of life of teachers.
