海洋经济可持续发展能力评价方法及应用

Evaluation method of sustainable development capability of marine economy and application in Fujian Province

根据可持续发展理论,构建海洋经济可持续发展能力的评价指标体系,应用主、客观相结合的方法对指标进行权重赋值,并给出具体的评价计算方法。最后将本方法应用于福建省的海洋经济可持续发展能力评价,识别其存在的问题和限制性因子。结果显示,构建海洋经济可持续发展指标体系和评价方法可较好的反映海洋经济可持续发展特征,可为海洋经济可持续发展定量综合评价提供有效的方法。

An index system of sustainable development capability of marine economy was constructed basing on the sustainable development theory,using the integration method for giving indexes weight and providing the assessment calculation method.This method was applied to assess the sustainable development capability of marine economy in Fujian Province,and identifying the key and limited factors of the marine economy sustainable development capability.The results showed that the method could effectively reflect the actual track of the sustainable development of marine economy,it can be applied in practical availably.
