摘要
对江苏省三种基本医疗保险支付方式改革探索的典型城市进行分析,以城镇职工医疗保险为主线,探讨在不同支付方式下,江苏省定点医疗机构住院医疗费用控制情况,在此基础上明确了支付方式的改革方向,为进一步完善医保费用支付方式、控制医疗费用增长提供现实依据。
We analyzed three payment methods of basic health insurance and their inpatient cost control in Jiangsu province. We made sure the optimal reform direction and provided evidences to improve payment methods and control medical costs.
