余姚地区消化性溃疡患者食物不耐受调查分析

摘要 目的调查浙江省余姚地区消化性溃疡患者不耐受的食物,进而对患者进行饮食指导。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测110例消化性溃疡患者血清中14种常见食物特异性IgG。结果食物变应原皮试阳性率为69.10%,其中阳性率排在前5位的依次是蟹(53.95%)、蛋清/蛋黄(43.42%)、鳕鱼(35.53%)、大豆(17.11%)和牛奶(14.47%)。结论食物中的蟹、蛋黄/蛋清和鳕鱼是余姚地区消化性溃疡患者最主要的食物过敏原,测定食物特异性IgG水平,对了解消化性溃疡患者可能存在的不耐受食物及相应的饮食指导具有重要意义。
