摘要
目的 探讨龋变牙面出现氧化还原电位 ( Eh)的机理。方法 实验 1采用化学发光法检测患者龋变组织及唾液中的超氧化物阴离子自由基含量并进行统计分析比较 ;实验 2利用牙齿表面电位测试仪测出龋变牙面 Eh后 ,分别在龋洞内滴入 0 .5 ml生理盐水和 SOD生理盐水稀释液 ,观察二者对 Eh的影响。结果 实验 1发现龋变组织内超氧化物阴离子自由基含量高于该患者唾液近 10 0倍 ;实验 2发现龋洞内滴入 SOD生理盐水稀释液后 ,其 Eh迅速由负向正转化。说明 SOD清除龋洞内自由基可减小 Eh负电位。结论 龋变牙面出现 Eh负电位与龋变组织内含有高浓度超氧化物阴离子自由基有关 ,自由基的未配对的电子是形成 Eh负电位的物质基础。
Objective To study the mechanism of redox potential(Eh) formation on decayed tooth surface. Methods In experiment l, the values of superoxide anion free radicals in decayed tooth tissue and in saliva were measured by chemiluminescence method. In experiment 2, after measuring the Eh on decayed tooth surface by tooth surface potential monitor, 0.05ml of normal saline and salinediluted SOD solution were dropped into the decayed tooth tissue respectively to observe their effects to Eh. Results It was found that the value of superoxide anion free radicals in decayed tooth tissue was significantly higher than that in saliva(statyistically different P <0.05). When SOD solution was dropped into decayed tooth tissue the negative Eh was greatly decreased, indicating that SOD can remove the free radicals in decayed tissue hence reducing the negative Eh. Conclusion The negative Eh on decayed tooth surface is related to the high concentration of superoxide free radicals and the unpaired electron of free radicals is the basis for negative Eh formation.
