Diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension complicated by myocardial damage and heart failure

妊娠期高血压疾病是危及孕产妇生命的常见妊娠合并症之一,子痫前期(pre-eclampsia,PE)占全部妊娠的3%～14%。PE对母亲心血管系统也会产生显著不利影响,可增加妇女心血管疾病发生率和病死率,并增加远期心血管疾病,如高血压病、心肌梗死和缺血性心脏病的患病风险。对妊娠期有心功能衰竭风险的妇女的心功能进行准确评估和处理,可显著降低孕产妇病死率。

Hypertensive diseases in pregnancy especially pre-eclampsia are one of the leading causes of maternal mortality. The incidence of pre-eclampsia ranges between 3% and 14% of all pregnancies worldwide. Pre-eclampsia may cause apparent adverse effects to cardiovascular system, thus leading the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases. A history of pre-eclampsia is linked to significantly increased risk for remote cardiovascular disease, such as hypertension, myocardial infarction, ischemic heart disease. Accurate evaluation and management of women with or at risk of heart failure may decrease the mortality of those women.
