Magnesium sulfate and antihypertensive agents are widely used in the treatment of severe preeclampsia. In the review, we summarize the regimens, course of treatment of magnesium sulfate. Meanwhile, we also summarize the choice and usagesof antihypertensive agents on the severe preeclampsia with heart failure, renal failure and brain bleeding and others.
