体外受精-胚胎移植中两种给药方案垂体降调节临床结局分析

摘要 目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中两种给药方案垂体降调节对临床结局的影响。方法对2010年3-10月于福建省妇幼保健院接受IVF-ET助孕治疗、采用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)黄体期长方案超排卵的患者239例243个周期的资料进行回顾性分析。根据不同的GnRH-a给药方案分为两组:A组[曲普瑞林(达必佳)连续小剂量0.05mg,1次/d]131个周期;B组[曲普瑞林(达菲林)单剂量1.0~1.2mg]112个周期。结果 B组方案降调节对垂体的抑制更深,致促性腺激素(Gn)使用时间更长,Gn量更大(P<0.05)。两组获卵数、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率、种植率、卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生率、流产率、异位妊娠率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达必佳连续小剂量0.05mg(1次/d)与达菲林单剂量1.0~1.2mg均可获得满意的垂体降调节效果和IVF结局;两种给药方案的应用各有利弊。
