髂内动脉球囊闭塞术治疗植入性胎盘新进展

摘要 植入性胎盘（placenta accreta，PA）是胎盘绒毛直接粘连或侵入子宫肌层的一种危重症，是引起孕妇死亡的重要原因，目前认为是导致产后出血的常见原因。近年来植人性胎盘的发病率明显上升，较过去50年发病率增加了10倍，流行病学统计其发病率为1／2500，主要原因包括：宫腔操作手术及剖宫产手术机率的增加。既往常采取切除子宫的方法挽救孕妇的生命，但此种治疗方法会导致患者失去再次生育的能力，
