腭裂术后语音训练的初步探讨

Primary Research of Speech Training For II Articulation Deficient Cleft Palate children

通过集中办班制 ,采取以汉语普通话辅音矫治为中心的语音训练方法 ,对 11例术后发音不良的患者进行系统的语音训练 ,成功率为 5 4.5 % ,有效率达 81.8% ,取得较好疗效。本文还就腭裂术后语的音训练方法 ,以及影响语音训练效果的一些相关因素作了初步探讨。

Eleven articulation deficient cleft palate children who had been repaired previously were centralized for speech training in a class The systematic training we adminstered was concentrated on the correction of the consonant errors in the Chinese language articulation Six children achieved normal speech articulation successfully (54 5%)after speech training,and other three one partially improve their articulation skills Total efficacious ratio is 81 8% The factors that influence the result of the speech training, as well as the varied methods of the speech training therapy were also investigated in this study
