Contract energy management is a new market-oriented energy-saving mechanism. Based on analyzing the contract energy management status and summarizing the main problems, some suggestionshave been proposed such as the contact energy management to prevent rushing headlong into,strengthening the guidance and supporting of policy, establishing the mature, perfect and regulated market environment, and guiding the contract energy management to develop properly.
