摘要
介绍了锦西石化100×104 t/a柴油加氢精制装置的循氢机汽轮机轴封、高压空冷、蒸汽伴热线和加热炉的技术改造及节能措施实施。并对装置改造后的节能效益进行了分析。结果表明,经过改造后装置运行平稳,能耗有所降低。
The technological transformation and energy-saving measures for shaft seal of hydrogen compressor, high-pressure air-cooled, 1.0 MPa steam tracing system and furnace of 100×104 t/a diesel hydrogenation unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company were introduced. After transformation, the beneficial results of the energy-saving measures for device were analyzed. The results show that thetransformed equipment runs smoothly, and energy consumption of device decreased.
