摘要 大庆油田第五采油厂杏四联合站应用"节点管理法"改善水质效果的试验,从油系统的原水控制,到水系统的沉降段加药、收油、排泥、清淤,过滤段的反冲洗、滤罐管理等各个环节进行节点分析,确定了影响污水处理效果的16个关键管理节点。各站根据实际情况,制定了本站的污水处理管理节点,全厂污水水质得到全面改善和提高。 Application of node management can improve the water quality from Xing4 multipurpose stationof No.5 Oil Extraction Factory in Daqing oilfield. The node of every link should be analyzed suchas raw water control for oil system, and adding chemicals, oil recovery, mud removing, dredging,backwashing and filter tank management of water system. The 16 key management nodes which influence the effects of sewage treatment should be confirmed. According to the actual situation ofevery station, the management node of sewage treatment should be confirmed and the quality ofsewage from all equipments is also improved.
