Influence of Social psychological factors on the Quality of life for Patients after Breast Cancer Operation

本文通过对139例乳腺癌患者的调查和分析认为社会心理因素是乳腺癌患者术后生存质量的主要影响因素.

To study the influence of social - psychological factor on the patients with breast cancer after operation so as to find a way to make the quality of their life better, Methods 139 cases with breast cancer were investigated by the use of the questionnaire of the quality of life in Tangshan area,Results It showed that marriage status ,occupation ,inhabit condition .health condition of family members were the main social - psychological influencing factors on the quality of life of breast cancer patients ,The quality of life with good marriage , good occupation, good condition of inhabit ,and the family members in good health were better , On the other hand,socia psychological indie play more important role in the quality of life than physical ones,Conclusion It indicated that the quality of life of patients after breast cancer operation was mainly infuenced by social - Psychological factors.
