The Multivariate Mixed Two-parameter Exponential Distribution（MMTED） plays an important part in lifetime data analysis.With the moment generating function,the explicit formulas of moments of MMTED are obtained in this paper.And the moment generating function of MMTED＇s variable after linear transform and the moment generating function of the sum of the independent and identically distributed variables of MMTED are given.
