摘要
在三级跳远技术过程中,合理的起跳技术是决定三级跳远成绩的根本原因.通过对三级跳远力学结构和三跳距离各时相技术特点的研究,设立相关的初始条件和边界条件,推导出各跳飞行轨迹、速度的动力学公式,由此建立三级跳远中三次起跳技术的动力学模型,为提高三级跳远的教学与训练水平提供依据.
According to the research on the mechanical structure of triple jump and the technical features of each phase of triple jump distance,and set up the related initial conditions and boundary conditions,we can deduce the dynamic formula of the flight path and speed of each jump.Because the initial conditions and boundary conditions of each jump will be affected by the physical condition,type of movement and technical features of the athletes in the complete technology process of the triple jump,therefore,reasonable take-off techniques are the fundamental factor which decides the achievement of the triple jump.By establishing the dynamic model of the three different take-off techniques,the article provides a theoretical basis for the development of the teaching and training of triple jump.
