摘要
根据工业自动化视觉检测系统要求实时性、可靠性、可用性的同时,也需要低成本、高性价比的特点,按照结构化、模块化的思想,设计了一套以CPLD/DSP处理器为核心,结合了高速线阵CCD传感器的一体化嵌入式机器视觉系统,阐述了系统图像数据采集、存储和处理的过程以及关键部分的软硬件实现方法,为嵌入式机器视觉在工业上的实时检测应用提供了参考.
The Industrial automation applications need not only real-time, reliability and availability but also low-cost, high performance to the machine vision system. According to these requirements, this paper designed an embedded machine vision system based on CPLD/DSP architecture combined with highspeed linear CCD sensors by a structured and modular thinking, then had a detailed discussion about the methods and principles of the image data acquisition, storage and process, finally explained the hardware and software design methods for the key functions of the embedded machine vision system. This design method may provide a reference design for industrial machine vision applications.
