摘要 目的探讨Stroop色词测验在非痴呆的帕金森病患者执行功能评价中的作用。方法采用Stroop色词测验对帕金森病患者以及健康对照组的执行功能进行神经心理学研究。结果与对照组相比,PD组显示出明显的干扰效应,其差异具有统计学意义。两组卡片A和卡片B的耗时数均无统计学差异,而完成卡片C的耗时数存在统计学差异。结论帕金森病患者的执行功能存在明显障碍。Stroop色词测验有助于早期评价帕金森病患者的执行功能障碍。PD主要病变是基底节,提示基底节参与了执行功能的加工。 Aim To explore the role of Stroop color-word test in examining executive function of Parkinson disease.Methods Twenty-eight PD patients and 32 normal controls were tested on an item by item Stroop color-word test.Results Patients with Parkinson diseases showed a longer reaction time in completing cards C.There were no significant differences between Parkinson diseases group and control group in reaction time of completing cards A and B.Conclusion The results confirm that there are deficits of executive function in Parkinson diseases,and the Stroop color-word test may play an important role in evaluating the executive function of Parkinson diseases.
