摘要
目的了解口腔科门诊患者就诊需求,分析护理对策,以使护理人员为患者提供更好的服务。方法对2010年6月~2011年1月该院口腔科门诊就诊患者进行问卷调查,问卷为自编问卷,20道题,包括心理需求、对健康知识需求等方面的调查。并对问卷调查结果进行分析,了解患者的需求,给予有效的、合理的护理对策。结果通过问卷调查发现:患者希望在较短的时间内得到治疗;希望技术熟练、经验丰富的医生给予诊治;希望得到疾病相关知识和得到合理有效的口腔健康知识指导;希望在治疗时医务人员服务态度认真、细致及能很好的跟患者沟通。结论通过问卷调查分析发现,提供良好的护理干预,对患者进行健康教育及有效地沟通,可以很好的满足口腔科门诊患者就诊需求,从而提高了患者的满意度。
Aim To understand the psychological status and the demand of health knowledge of the dental clinic patients,and to analyze nursing countermeasures,so that nursing personnel can provide better service for patients.Methods Questionnaire consisting of 20 questions was made among clinic patients,and the results were anlyzed to obtain patients needs for provide effective and reasonable nursing countermeasures.Results Through the questionnaire survey we found that patients wanted to get treatment in a relatively short period of time.They hoped to get treatment from skilled and experienced doctors,hoped that disease related knowledge and get reasonable effective oral health knowledge guidance,hoped when cure medical personnel service attitude the doctors could have a very good communication with patients.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention,health education and good communication with patients can meet the needs of the patients so as to achieved satisfactory results.
