生涯发展需求与生涯教育 被引量:6

摘要 本文首先分析了我国中小学生涯教育中存在的功利化倾向和经验化倾向,以及了解学生的生涯发展需求对开展生涯教育的意义。其次从生涯理论的嬗变过程阐述了个人需求与社会需求的平衡过程。最后提出了基于生涯发展需求实施生涯教育的具体建议。
