摘要
针对原有的通风机控制系统存在测量精度低、功能少、事故率高等问题,提出了一种采用自动化控制技术的改造方案。改造后的通风机电控系统实现了远程集中控制和管理、多种参数的在线监测及组网功能。实际应用结果验证了该改造方案的可靠性。
In view of problems of low measuring accuracy,few functions and high fault rate existed in original control system of ventilator,a reform scheme using automation control technology was put forward.The reformed electric control system of ventilator achieves functions of remote and centralized control and management,on-line monitoring of some parameters and networking.The result of practical application validated reliability of the reform scheme.
