Urapidil prevent hypertension during induction of general anesthesia

目的：观察乌拉地尔预防全麻诱导引起的病人血压升高的效果。方法：选择３０ 例择期手术气管内全麻病人（ 男性１８ 例，女性１２ 例，年龄５７ ａ ±ｓ１１ ａ， 体重６２ ｋｇ ±７ ｋｇ） ， 用乌拉地尔在麻醉诱导前按０ ．４ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 加入５ ％ 葡萄糖注射液稀释成１０ｍＬ进行静脉注射。观察病人收缩压（ＳＢＰ） 、舒张压（ＤＢＰ） 、平均动脉压（ ＭＡＰ） 、心率（ＨＲ） 和脉搏血氧饱和度（ＳＰＯ２） 。结果：与基础值相比，注射乌拉地尔后ＳＢＰ，ＤＢＰ，ＭＡＰ，均有不同程度下降（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５或Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，ＨＲ 和ＳＰＯ２ 无明显差别（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。气管插管时ＳＢＰ，ＤＢＰ，ＭＡＰ 和ＳＰＯ２ 无明显差别（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ， ＨＲ 升高（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论：全麻诱导前用乌拉地尔可以预防全麻诱导中血压升高。

AIM: To observe the effects of urapidil for preventing hypertension during general anesthetic induction. METHODS: Thirty patients (M 18, F 12, age 57 a±s 11 a, weight 62 kg±7 kg) of selective operations under endotracheal anesthesia were given with urapidil that was given 0.4 mg/kg in 5% glucose injection 10 mL iv before general anesthetic induction. The patients were observed by monitoring SBP, DBP, MAP, HR, and SPO 2. RESULTS: In comparison with the basic values, after injecting urapidil there were decreases in SBP, DBP, MAP (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but little change in HR and SPO 2 (P>0.05). When the tracheal was intubated there was no change in SBP , DBP , MAP , and SPO 2 ( P >0.05), but increase in HR (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Urapidil prevents hypertension during induction of general anesthesia.
