摘要
近十年来的大学英语教学改革一直在试图解决大学英语教学费时低效的问题。从双语的角度看,大学英语教学目标的实质是发展英语汉语双语,而双语的发展受到社会语言环境的制约。要根本解决大学英语教学费时低效的问题,需要正视和重视个人和社会双语语言发展的环境因素,尤其是语言使用的环境,通过构建有利于双语发展的语言环境促进大学英语教学目标的实现。
The College English Teaching Reform underwent for the past decade has been attempting to address the time-consuming, low-efficiency phenomenon in the field. From a bilingual perspective, the teaching goal of College English is to produce bilinguals of Chinese and English, while the development of bilingualism is affected by social-linguistic factors. Paying attention to and taking into account the environmental factors in the development of both individual and social bilingualism, especially the environment for language use, is the key to the time-consuming, low-efficiency phenomenon. Constructing a favorable language environment for bilignual development will help reach the goal of College English Teaching.
