摘要
高校扩招,教育规模迅速扩大,高校师资队伍由于急速扩大而出现师资素质参差不齐的局面。面对这一背景,在大学课堂教学中应注重大学生思维概括能力的培养,坚持思想教育、非智力因素和道德素质教育优化的教学理念,全面建立大学课程讲稿考核评价制度是保障大学生素质教育水平提高和高等教育质量提高的有效措施。
With the college enrollment,the education expanding rapidly,the teacher quality appears uneven situation.so we should improve the quality of higher education,and focus on the general thinking ability of students,the ideological education,non-intellectual factors,the moral education,the comprehensive appraisal system for the speech in the university classroom.
