助溶剂精制法回收车用废润滑油 被引量:2

摘要 研究了以糠醛作为主溶剂、添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为助溶剂时,剂油体积比、温度、助溶剂质量分数等因素对精制油收率、粘度指数、折光率等性质的影响。结果表明:在温度为80℃、剂油体积比为1.5、w(助溶剂)为0.025%时,所得回收精制油的粘度指数为116.83,25℃折光率为1.441,色度为2.0,凝点为-19℃,w(残炭)为0.496%,回收精制油收率为91.26%。车用废润滑油回收精制后再配以适当的添加剂,可作为符合标准的润滑油使用。 The refining of vehicle waste lubricant oil using the furfural as the main solvent and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as the cosolvent were studied. The influence of mixed solvent ratio, extraction temperature and other factors on the yield and quality of recovery refined oil are also investigated. It turns out that when the temperature is 80 ℃, the catalyst oil ratio is 1.5, the additive precentage of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 0. 025%, the properties of refined oil with high yield (91.26 %) is listed as follows: the viscosity index is 116.83, the refractometer index on 25℃ is 1. 441, the chromatic is 2.0, the condensation point -19 ℃, ω(carbon residue) is 0. 496 ω. The refined lubricated oil after adding some additive can meet the requirements of lubricant oil, and can be reused.
