十里泉电厂5号机组改造工程中协调控制的实现

Implementation of CCS in No.5 Unit Renovation Project of Shiliquan Power Plant

为了减少二氧化硫的排放量,有效地降低环境污染和充分利用能源资源,发展循环经济,走可持续发展的道路,华电国际十里泉电厂引进丹麦的秸秆发电技术,对5号机组进行秸秆燃烧技术改造。此项目应用LN2000分散控制系统,此项目中协调控制系统根据直接能量平衡原理,采用了锅炉跟随为基础的协调控制策略,针对其协调控制的具体实现过程和相关原理进行分析介绍,对控制方式和相关操作进行说明,列出调试中出现的问题并加以解决,取得了良好的投运效果。

In order to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions, effective to reduce environmental pollution and make full use of energy resources, developing circular economy, walk the path of sustainable development, Shiliquan Huadian Power International Power Plant introduced Danish straw power technology, make straw burning technology transformation on No. 5 units. The project applied LN2000 distributed control system, and coordination control sys- tem of this project according to the principle of direct energy balance, using the boiler follow based coordination control strategy. This paper makes the analysis and presentation of the coordination control implementation and related principles, and make the explanation of control and related operations, list the problems of debugging process and resolve them. This work has achieved good results.
