论高校“三位一体”科研管理模式的内涵

On the Connotation of the Three-in-One Management Mode of Scientific Research in Universities

高校的科研管理正由服务型模式向"三位一体"的模式发展,"三位一体"的管理模式以服务为基础,以学习和研究为管理创新的突破。笔者认为高校科研管理应以已有的服务理念、完善的科研政策和制度、合理的科研服务体系和服务队伍为基础,积极学习科研政策、学科体系和学科间关系、先进办公技术,认真研究学校具体科研问题来提高管理成效、研究区域经济特点与学校科研优势的有效结合,通过三位一体的内涵建设,取得管理创新的突破。

the management mode for scientific research in colleges has advanced from service mode to trinity mode, which takes services as its bases, takes study and research as a new attempt to management innovation. It is believed that the scientific research management in universities should base on the common service notion, rational service system and improved policies. At the same time, it is necessary to study scientific research policies, the relationship between different subjects, the advanced office technology. We should study carefully the specific questions in the scientific research in universities so that the management improvement and the combination between regional economy features and university scientific research advantages can be achieved, and the breakthrough of management innovation can be obtained with the connotation construction of the trinity.
