大都市郊区休闲“庄园”发展模式研究——以北京为例

Study on the Development Pattern of Leisure Manor in Suburbs-a Case of Beijing

本文针对北京休闲旅游发展的趋势,居民对休闲旅游的需求方向,提出构建未来都市休闲新业态"庄园"模式的设想。在研究了国外休闲农场、葡萄酒庄和贵族庄园的基础上,探讨了"庄园"的特征。通过对比北京与国外庄园、休闲农庄和葡萄酒庄等建设情况,提出了北京发展休闲"庄园"的对策建议。

Targeting at the leisure development trends and the leisure demand of the urban citizens in Beijing, the paper proposes ＂leisure manor＂ as a new industry type of urban leisure. Through analyzing the development patterns of manors in foreign countries, it generalizes the unique characteristics of leisure manors, and puts forward some suggestions for the leisure manor development pattern in Beijing.
