随着公民社会理念在全世界范围内的广泛传播,以及高校志愿服务的不断深入开展,将二者结合起来并探究高校志愿服务建设已经成为当代高校德育建设的必然命题。以公民社会理念为指导,全社会倡导奉献、友爱、互助和进步的志愿者精神,是志愿者活动规范化、制度化的需要,也是对大学生追求自我价值与创造劳动价值的认可的需要。

Along with the Chinese system of civil society concept in the world scope widely spread and the deepening of the volunteer service development,combining them and exploring the volunteer service system construction has become the necessary proposition of construction of contemporary moral education in universities.It is necessary to standardize and institutionalize the volunteer activities under the supervision of the concept of civil society and the spirit of dedication,care,mutual help and improvement.It＇s also necessary for university students to pursue self-value and create labor value.
