The Establishment of Working Mechanism for Party Development in Institutions of High Education from the Perspective of Engineering

工程思维具有科学、标准、可控和高效等多种特点,与高校党建工作的目标、对象、内容和实施效果等方面息息相通。具体表现为:在高校党建工作的实施过程中体现工程设计、工程管理和工程检验等管理思想;提高高校党建工作的标准化、规范化和科学化程度;加强高校党建工作的质量与过程控制;建立高校党建工作的服务体系。

The work of Party development in institutions of high education plays an important part in the project of Party construction.In this new era,it is theoretically as well as practically significant to take a fresh look and innovate on the work of Party development in institutions of high education from the perspective of engineering,establishing a scientific and sustainable mechanism for the said work.Engineering involves such features as scientific,standard,controllable and efficient,which are consistent with aspects like goal,target,content and implementation effect of the work of Party development in institutions of high education.Specifically,management theories such as engineering design,engineering management and engineering examination are embodied in the process of carrying out the work of Party development;the standardization,normalization and scientification of the work of Party development are to be enhanced;quality and process control in the work of Party development is to be strengthened;the service system for the work of Party development is to be set up.
