大学语文课程教学中教师角色定位问题研究

Research of Teachers' Role Orientation in University Chinese Course Teaching

当前大学语文课程教学中教师的角色意识与课程的地位并未同步发展。教师角色意识不浓,与内在认识不足、外在制度保障乏力、课程现状不尽如人意等方面均有关系。大学语文教师应当从引导者、参与者、启迪者三个层面型塑自身角色。

Nowadays,in university Chinese course teaching,the teachers＇ role consciousness and course position did not synchronously develop.Teachers＇ role consciousness is not strong,and the inner understanding is insufficient,the external system security is lack of power,and the unsatisfying current situation of curriculum.University Chinese course teachers should shape themselves as guides,participants and enlightenments.
