高校图书馆传统服务模式的困境和“大流通”服务模式的尝试——以江苏技术师范学院图书馆为例

The Plight of the College Library under the Traditional Model and Attempt of "Great Circulation" Service Model——Taking Library of Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology as an Example

高校图书馆传统服务模式存在着借阅不便、归还混乱、效率不高等困境。"大流通"服务模式改革是图书馆从形式到内容实质的改弦易辙,具有进出自由、操作简捷、节约资源的优势,体现了"以人为本"和"服务至上"的宗旨。通过着力宣传、建章立制、加强培训等举措,能够有效地"去弊存利",使"大流通"模式得以良好的运行。

There are many plights,including inconvenience lending,inconvenient return and inefficiency in the college library under the traditional model.The reform of ＂great circulation＂ service model is a change from form to content.With the advantages of free access,simple operation and resource conservation,this model reflects the purposes of ＂people-oriented＂ ＂service first＂.By the initiative promoting,establishing a new system and strengthening the training,we can make the great circulation model run well.
