摘要 多用途船在进行结构设计及有限元分析过程中多使用散货船规范校核,其结构有自身特点。本文以27000DWT多用途船为例,使用CCS软件对其进行有限元分析,建立第三、第四舱有限元模型,计算舱段屈服和屈曲强度,在结论中比较了多用途船和散货船特征异同点,给出在设计初期有必要特别考虑之处,列出有限元软件使用中要注意的问题,提出在使用散货船规范及有限元校核后需要补充分析的建议。 In the process of structure design and analysis with finite element method (FEM) for multi-purpose vessel (MPV), rules of bulk carriers are used commonly,while MPVs have their unique structures. Taking 27 000 DWT MPV as an example,this paper analyzed the vessel by CCS FEM software,modeled No.3&NO.4 cargo holds and checked the yielding and buckling strength of the cargo hold. The same and different characteristics of BC and MPV were summarized and some parts that should be considered in the beginning period of design were listed. This article also put forward several problems of the FE software that needed to be focus on and advised that additional analysis should be taken after rules and FE check.
