摘要
目的:采用高效毛细管电泳法和高效液相色谱法测定蒲黄中异鼠李素3O新橙皮糖甙和香蒲新甙的含量。方法:HPCE 用缓冲液0-02mol·L- 1 硼砂0-05mol·L- 1 十二烷基硫酸钠的10 % 乙腈,电压20kV,柱温30 ℃,检测波长270nm ,进样量30kPa·s;HPLC 用C18 柱,流动相乙腈水(15∶85) ,检测波长254nm 。结果:两种黄酮甙的含量在0-1 % ~0-6 % 。结论:两种方法均可用于蒲黄的质量控制。
Objective:To determine two flavonoids isorhamnetin 3 O neohesperidoside(Ⅰ) and typheneoside(Ⅱ) in Pollen Typhae by HPCE and HPLC.Method:HPCE conditions:buffer=0.02mol·L -1 borate,0.05mol·L -1 SDS and 10% acetonitrile;V=20kV;T=30℃;λ=270nm;sample size=30kPa·s,HPLC conditions:C 18 lumn,acetonitrile water(15∶85) as mobile phase ditection wavelength at 254nm.Result:The contents of flavonoids I and II in five different Typha species and eighteen commercial samples of traditional Chinese drug Puhuang were between 0.1%~0.6%.Conclusion:These two methods are rapid,simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of this traditional Chinese drug.
